This service is required for commercial activities that generate soil waste and wish to dispose of the unwanted soil at a City of Calgary landfill. An overview of the City requirements can be seen here.
The City does offer this service as well, but their turnaround time from first contact to a technician visiting your site and completing soil testing can be several weeks. If your site is small enough or has limited space for you to stockpile your unwanted excavated material, Factor can visit your site and take the required soil samples and proceed with testing on your schedule so you can keep digging.
